The bus stops just outside the entrance at Volvo Car sörred. If you have trouble locating it, please ask at the reception desk. It’s your own responsibility to be at check in on time. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking by emailing visit@volvocars.com no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a credit receipt valid for one year, which can be used to rebook a factory tour online. The credit receipt will match the value of your cancelled tickets. Please note: No credit receipt will be issued if the cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the activity.Volvo Cars reserves the right to cancel a booked activity due to unforeseen changes in production availability. Factory tours will only take place if production allows. If Volvo cancels your tour, you will receive a credit receipt equal to the value of your tickets, which can be used to rebook for another date and time. At the start of your visit, your guide will walk you through the tour, share some fascinating facts, and provide all the essential information you need for a smooth experience.Next, it’s time to hop on our Blue Train, which will take you into the factory to explore our production!
Our production facility is a busy and dynamic place, so the tour routes may vary depending on maintenance or ongoing development work. But don’t worry – we’ll make sure you get a unique behind-the-scenes view and plenty of new impressions to take with you.
As mentioned earlier, transportation to and from the factory is part of the visit. Please make sure to arrive on time so you don’t miss any of the exciting experiences the tour has to offer.
